Where Are You Located?
Bad Weather Considerations
Snow is a way of life in this area. Deep snow will occur regularly during the winter months. We do plow and shovel as soon as we are able to do so. There will be NO refunds for inclement weather.
Guest Policy and Your Stay
The Lodges of Oak Creek seeks to make every guest’s experience here a good one. For this reason, we limit your stay to a 4 GUEST MAXIMUM. More than 4 guests per reservation will incur an additional $50/ guest/night fee.

Parking
When staying at the motel, you will park your car diagonally in front of your designated room number. When staying in a Cottage, you will park your car to the side of your cottage. Parking in the front blocks the fire lane. Vehicles will be towed at owners expense.
Reservations, Modifications, & Cancellations
Our cancellation policy for the Hotel is 48 hours prior to check-in (No canceling part way through reservation). Our cancellation policy for our Cottages is 7 days prior to reservation with half the cost non-refundable. For modifications, please refer to your confirmation email or contact us directly.
During Hunting Season (September 1st- Mid November), Cancellation Notice must be given 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date for half refund. If cancellation notice is given less than 14 days, there will be NO refund given.
Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking. Payment is taken the day before check-in for the hotel. For our cottages you will pay half non-refundable deposit and the second half of the payment will be charged the day before check-in.
